What is CDW?
Collision Damage Waiver:- Is your standard vehicle insurance protection with an excess.
All cars and light commercial vehicles up to and including Luton vans are provided with a full tank of fuel, it is your responsibility upon returning the vehicle to ensure that the tank is full. Failure to do this will result in us re-filling the tank and charging accordingly. Please note our charges are greater than normal petrol stations. Regarding commercial vehicles 7.5 tonne and over these vehicles are on a 1/4 of a tank and we ask that you return them the same.
The rental charge (pre-payment) will be taken upon the day your reservation has been confirmed by Fyna Vehicle Hire.
All cancellations must be received in writing by any means by Fyna Vehicle Hire with the Fyna Vehicle Hire pre-payment confirmation attached and will take effect on the date and time received by Fyna Vehicle Hire. The Customer may cancel the reservation without charge provided it is made within 7 working days of due rental start date and time. After this period has elapsed, no refunds shall be given. No refunds shall be given if the customer fails to collect the vehicle on the rental start date or does not comply with Fyna Vehicle Hires requirements or insurance criteria. The deposit must be made with a credit/debit card. We DO NOT take the charge from your account, we PRE AUTHORISE the amount, meaning that the monies stay in your account but are temporarily blocked until the vehicle is returned and checked for any additional damage or discrepancies like fuel. Once we have done this the funds will be released to you, normally within 3 working days depending on your Banks procedures.

If any of these are missing, you do have the same telephone number on the rental agreement.
If you do breakdown
